CHANGES

Really have to make some CHANGES in my lifestyle
for my own health and future
those changes that i should make are:
1) sleep not later than 11pm
2) no more yam cha
3) eat more fruits
4) try to say NO to oily food
5) study hard and pay attention during class
6) say NO to activities
7) CONCENTRATE
8) visit my uni library more often
hmm...think have to change slowly......hope i can make it!!!!!!

Appreciate

APPRECIATE.......
Life is so short.. we don't know what will happen to us tomorrow.
Maybe once we sleep we will never wake up anymore.
We cant predict what will happen to us
We cant predict how long our journey will be.
Even we are still young
it doesn't mean that our journey will not end that soon
ANYTHING MIGHT happen to us
So we must appreciate what we have now
appreciate our family, friends, life we are having
do take care of ourself n go ahead for our DREAMS
